• "Services" means event production, staging, audio-visual, lighting, rigging, broadcast, and related services provided by Imagine Entertainment, whether quoted through the Website or otherwise.
• "Client" means any individual or entity that engages Imagine Entertainment to provide Services.
• "Content" means all text, images, video, graphics, logos, and other material appearing on the Website.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use this Website or engage our Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting any inquiry or booking form, and to promptly update such information as necessary.

All Content on this Website, including our name, logo, trademarks, photography, and video footage of past productions, is owned by or licensed to Imagine Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd and is protected under the Intellectual Property Act, No. 36 of 2003 of Sri Lanka and applicable international treaties. Our Website and Services are intended for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

The Website and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted under Sri Lankan law. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and we make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Website's Content, including past-project imagery which may not reflect the exact configuration delivered to every client.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Sri Lanka, Imagine Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of this Website. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Sri Lankan law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imagine Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

Imagine Entertainment shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather, civil unrest, government action, power or network outages, pandemics, or other force majeure events, in accordance with general principles of Sri Lankan contract law.

By using the Website or submitting an inquiry electronically, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, including by email and WhatsApp. Such communications, together with electronic signatures where used, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act, No. 19 of 2006 of Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law) shall continue to apply.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to either party's right to first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith negotiation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices, our Services, or Sri Lankan law.
